Continuing Education Policies

Please note that all Continuing Education events require a minimum number of participants to occur. (see course listings) Any Institute or CMTE with less than the required minimum number of participants registered by March 1, 2018 will be cancelled and those registered will be fully refunded.

New in 2018: Institute and CMTE participants not registering for the 2018 GLR conference will be charged a $30 administrative fee in addition to their course registration fee.

The CMTEs and Institutes listed above are approved by the Certification Board for Music Therapists (CBMT) for the pre-determined and listed number of Continuing Music Therapy Education credits. The Great Lakes Region of the American Music Therapy Association, #P-021, maintains responsibility for program quality and adherence to CBMT policies and criteria.
